Membership Information
The restoration and maintenance of the 40 Mile Point Lighthouse is funded primarily by donations, gift shop sales and memberships. You can help by becoming a member or by making a donation. We offer an Individual Membership for $20 and a Family Membership for $25. The Individual membership has voting rights for one and the Family Membership for two. For voting privileges you must be 18. Your donation or membership, in addition to supporting this effort, entitles you to a 10% discount on gift shop purchases and ensures that you will receive two newsletters per year with information about current progress on the lighthouse and plans for upcoming events. The Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of 40 Mile Point Lighthouse, complementary buildings, the Calcite Pilot House, and the Glawe School. The Society's goal is to restore and maintain the lighthouse as a nautical museum. Your memberships and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
